Failed to open ODK aggregate server page

my ODK aggregate server url is odk123.nat123.net. both downloading form
and uploading form is ok. but when I CLICKed THIS URL, the first redircton
page index(as pic1.png shown) appeared,then the second page(as pic2.png
shown) appeared .the second page is incomplete. why ? what resulted in it?
what should i do ?

Look in the Tomcat server's log files (e.g., tomcat6-stdout ) to see if
there is an error reported.

The first rendering of the page may be slow due to the need to download a
sizeable JavaScript library to your browser. It may also be slow because
the server needs to retrieve all form definitions and hold them in memory
at the first start-up of the server.

You may get better performance by increasing the JVM size for Tomcat.

in order to improve performence of tomcat, I have set jvm size
JAVA_OPTS='-Xms256m -Xmx512m'. but the

problem remains. on the left low corner, ODK123.nat123.net and a strange ip
-115.28.46.93 appear

alternatively. setting the locale for your browser to en-US (US English)
also fail to resovle the

If neither of those is a problem, try setting the locale for your browser
to en-US (US English). Does the problem go away? This wiould indicate a
problem with the internationalization of ODK Aggregate.

The archive you sent does not include the tomcat6-stdout and tomcat6-stderr
log files, which are the two files that ODK Aggregate writes most of its
logging into. The errors / problems would be indicated in those files.

w.r.t. the strange IP, ODK Aggregate will redirect to whatever hostname and
port that you specified during the running of the install wizard. If you
see a strange IP address, you probably mis-entered that value into the
installer.
