Failing to collect GPS data

Hello All,

Is there any problem with ODK apps during GPS collection. Here couldn't collect gps data.

What do you mean by couldn't collect gps data? Did you get any error/crash or it's just recording and recording?
Did you try indoor or outdoor?
What ODK Collect version do you use?

Thanks for your reply, recording recording recording with zero satellite. Obviously outdoor without barrier

version is 1.22.4, i am using odk and kobo since 2015

Are you able to record your location on the same device but using any other app?

@md-rahim Try with https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.eclipsim.gpsstatus2 and see if that works. If it doesn't, the issue is with your device, not with ODK Collect.
