am running briefcase 1.4.5
aggregate 1.4.7, my submissions are secured using Openssl
I have always been using briefcase to pull and download data.
Today I was pulling I got this error message "retrieving next chunk of
instances from server... FAILED."
my pulling stops on instance 2800
I searched trough the mail group, I logged on to aggregate under
submissions I marked some incomplete entry as something like finished,
However am still failing to get successful data pull message hence data am
getting is incomplete yet data collectors are active in the filed
collecting data
Any help will be much appreciated.
It sounds like you have a bad submission in that form.
This can happen if you run out of quota at the moment ODK Collect is
submitting a filled-in form.

I have followed the steps but my query is not running, yet since that
incomplete submission that I unfortunately marked as completed on forms
submission tab all data is submitted successfully but no more images.
I run both the query SELECT * FROM odk_prod.PILOT2_CORE WHERE key =
uuid:c2c26d8a-516a-427b-9f3e-ca0771e6592c
and
SELECT * FROM odk_prod.PILOT2_CORE WHERE _PARENT_AURI=
uuid:c2c26d8a-516a-427b-9f3e-ca0771e6592c (have also added quotes on table
name and key name)
but non of them work.
I am using mysql and tomcat.
I have run these queries both in mysql and data viewer on appengine.
could it be because my forms are encrypted.
I have also attached my log files - table name is pilot2.
Any urgent help will be much appreciated as now forms are being downloaded
with briefcase but no Images are being exported!!!

apparently forms are coming minus images yet we are in middle of data
collection.
