I am trying to download a file from ODK aggregate through a VBA code. Can someone confirm if the links of the file in my aggregate folder (E.g. amit.appspot.com) are static. Thanks for the help.

Why not use ODK Briefcase? The trunk build has a command line
interface that you can use to automate downloads.
