Finalizing forms in ODK collect?

At the end of a form in ODK collect the form is already marked as finalized
by default. Is there a way to have the default be to mark the box and
finalize the form rather than the opposite (the form is automatically
marked and you have to un mark it)? Also, where can i find information on
downloading forms directly to andriod devices when collecting data in areas
without wireless or internet access?

-----copying forms to your phone-------
If you want to place forms on your phone, connect it to your pc with the
USB cable.

For 4.x devices, this will automatically mount a 'media player device'.
For 2.x devices, you will be able to click on the "USB Connected" status
bar icon, then click "Turn on USB Storage"

In either case, navigate into the newly appearing device or drive, and copy
your form definitions into the* odk/forms* directory.

You then need to unmount and/or disconnect the USB cable before running ODK
Collect (it cannot run while USB Storage is on).

ODK Collect should detect the new form definition automatically.

Go to General Settings (on the main screen, click the device's menu button
(or 3-vertical-squares glyph), General Settings).

Check or uncheck 'Default to finalized'

If you want to hide this choice, there are options to hide or show various
UI elements under the Admin Settings screen.
