Form Alignment using Enketo

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
Im trying to add a heading to my Form whilst also having it Alligned in the Center, using xls hosted on ODK Central but it keep showing with the Left Allignment.
2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
ODK Central and using Enketo to view forms created
3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
Ive tried everything mentioned here https://docs.getodk.org/form-styling/, but still no luck
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

Is it possible for you to post you XLSForm here? You can delete the lines that aren't related to your question.

Apologies for the delayed response, but i need something like this to be viewed as an Enketo form.

What im using now is a select one, using the top row as the choices, but was hoping thered be a shorter option?
