Form Already Exists for this Namespace/Id

  1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
    I know, the added odk was deprecated, but while I'm migrating to central, I need to continue using this form, but when I upload a newer version it won't let me.
    I have this error:
    Form Already Exists for this Namespace/Id attribute org.opendatakit.aggregate.exception.ODKFormAlreadyExistsException: This form and its data have not yet been fully deleted from the server. Please wait a few minutes and retry.

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
attached the .xlsx , the only change is a version.

3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
I'm try to upload the file with new version id and remove the form

This form and its data have not yet been fully deleted from the server. Please wait a few minutes and retry.

The error message seems pretty clear to me. How long have you waited for the deletion? Consider changing the form ID and you won't have to wait.

I agree, the message seems pretty clear , but I'm waiting for one-day and I have the same problem I change the id and the same error.
