Form data not being publish to google sheet though sheet is created in google drive

What is the problem? Please be detailed.
My form data not being published on Google sheet though sheet is created in my Google drive but under published data tab on my aggregate instance the sheet showed ACTIVE_PAUSED for some time than shows PUBLISHER PAUSED RESTART and even after restart it goes to ACTIVE_PAUSED state .
I have other forms those are being published on Google sheet.
What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
ODK VERSION 1.4.15 on Google Cloud

What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
I can username and password for my aggregate and Google cloud if you want to look in to the issue.

What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I have deleted form several times but still every time it's goes to indefinite loop of ACTIVE_PAUSED to RESTART PUBLISHER PAUSED. I even made a new Google App Engine instance and uploaded form there too still having same problem. My other forms data is being published uninterrupted...

I solved my problem. The form was not publishing because of one similar kind of question. I edited the form and uploaded it again and it got published right away..So anyone with similar problem first look into your form for similar questions have similar response edit them accordingly your problem might also be solved by this..

This is exactly the problem that I too am facing and I had posted it along with the tomcat logs. @UMESH_TIWARI can you please let us know what you mean by 'similar questions have similar response edit them accordingly'. It will help fix this problem as well.

Possibly, I have the same question in two different groups. Is that what you mean?

Yes try changing responses to similar questions and question as well
