Form design in excel

Halo Team,
Just having a few challenges here;

How do you keep qtns on the same window of the tablet, other than having
1 single qtn per window?
Do you have any idea how to make a choice invalid in case it has been
used in a previous qtn, say like if ranking, and there are 10 choices for
ten qtns, but each item has to be selected once and in one qtn...
How do u limit the number of choices in a multi select qtn?

Dear Moses,

Try this:

Put the set of questions you want to display on window within a group then then in the 'appearance' column put field-list in the same row of begin group.
In the constraint column, put '!=(previous variable)
