Form disappear automatically from the server

Dear all,

I have a problem with uploading the form to the server.

I can upload the form onto the server successfully without any error,
and form shows up normally. I can even submit the data.

But then after some time (10 minutes to 1 hour), the form will be
deleted automatically.

Does anyone know the reason for that and how can I fix that? I am now
in Uganda doing the survey, so any quick reply will be really
appreciated.

what versions of aggregate are you using.

I set it up in June. Is it possible that someone purposely deleted
since it is open to all google users?

It is possible but not sure somebody was on your appengine instance...
it's rare unless someone knows the password. You can tell by looking
at the App Engine Admin console and see if the FormDeleteTaskServlet
was access in the last 24 hours.
