Form in app ODK collect

Hi community,
Is there any possibility to see the form in the same format is saved while i use the form online?

When i save the below format in a xml to use it in app ODK collect, the form is not the same. Anyone knows or can help me with the problem?

Here is the documentation how to build such a grid of selects: https://docs.getodk.org/form-question-types/#grid-of-selects-on-the-same-screen
for example, you need field-list appearance in your group (row 2 in your case)
