What is the problem? Please be detailed.
I am a frequent user but off late I have been facing a lot of challenges such as I have this screen shot below

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
I am using the latest version using An android phone-techno y5

What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

This error mean connection problem

try multiple times.

switch between WiFi and Cell

Nader is exactly correct. There is some issue with your DNS resolution (or maybe the hostname you typed is wrong). In addition to switching between Wi-Fi and cell, you can also try rebooting and seeing if that works.
