Trying to get blank form from Aggregate lodged with Google App Engine but getting the following;
I am wondering if this has to do with Java certification

I am using Aggregate server lodged with Google Cloud App Engine
I'm using SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 10.1 to request Blank Form
3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
I have built the XlsForm data collection form and tried on Enketo
I have installed ODK Collect v1.15.1 on the Samsung android tablet
I have created the project in Google Cloud account and lodged the Aggregate server in the App Engine.
I have also sumbmited the XMLForm to the Aggregate
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
