I've got a bunch of questions for you!

  1. What version of ODK Aggregate are you using and on what platform (App Engine, Tomcat) are you using?
  2. How big is this form (and the attachments)?
  3. Have form uploads ever worked? What, if anything, has changed?

I would like to thank you already for your reaction on my problem.
It should be said that I'm using ODK Aggregate v1.4.4 and tomcat. The
size of the attached files is between 16 kB and 311 KB.
Yes, the download of a form has already worked and it is after a

Very interesting! This might be a browser/cache issue, so first, I'd try a reboot, try another browser, or try another computer and see if that helps. Next, make sure you haven't enabled some ad-block or firewall that would prevent pages from loading. Finally, check your Tomcat logs to see if there are any hints as to what is going on.

Hi !
I really tried all the browsers (chrome, firefox and oepra) and I emptied
the cache
I even used a computer under ubuntu to access the ODK Aggregate server but
still the same thing. everything is OK

Look at your Tomcat logs. Any hints as to what is going on? If you don't have access to the logs, talk to the person who installed the server.
