hello im finding a problem linking to a logo to my form.
im manually adding the xml files and media directory to the phone.

i named my form HHsurvey.xml and the logo is named: form_logo.png exactly and placed in folder named hhsurvey-media ( i copy and pasted them to the form odk/ directory in the phone),yet when i open the form, the logo does appear!!

  1. i have to make something special in the xlx format (excel) that refers to the logo? so the logo appears?
  2. other media images appear in the questions

Hi Georgy,

The form start page was removed in ODK Collect 1.4.13.

The best workaround is to make your own start page. I've put a sample
at https://github.com/XLSForm/example-forms. Give that a try and let
us know!

worked well thank you very much!! , one thing I noticed is when I pull data I have a lot of blanks in unanswered questions or in 'others' if there is no other to be answered, my work around it is to set default values as 999 or N/a .... and use the find and replace in excel to fill if any was left blank. In your respected knowledge is there another method for dealing with blanks?

Georgy,

Blanks for unanswered questions is expected behavior.

If you need values there, either make those questions required or in
the default column of your XLSForm, set the values to the default
values (http://xlsform.org/#default).
