Hello
We have installed an ODK Aggregate server. You can load a form on the server and download a form on a tablet. But when you submit a form to the server, you receive an error message. When I look in the tomcat log, here is the message that appears in the logs:

Hi Guy,
I understand you have an emergency, but support on ODK provided on a
volunteer basis. When a volunteer has time, they'll respond. If you
like to hire someone to help, there is a list of ODK companies at
https://opendatakit.org/help/help-for-hire.
Also, please don't send messages to both groups. If you have a user
question (sounds like you do, then send it to the community list). If
you have a question about changing ODK's code, then send it to the
developers list.

an INFO message.
If it were an error it would begin with WARNING or SEVERE or ERROR.
It is likely that you specified a submission_url on the Settings sheet in
XLSForm that is incorrect. Note that this URL must be the URL that would be
entered into ODK Collect plus a final /submission
Otherwise, if you were submitting from a location other than where you
downloaded the forms, you may have a network login / agree-to-terms screen
for your wifi connection that must be acknowledged before you can use ODK
Collect to submit data to ODK Aggregate.
