Hi Everyone! I just hosted a new server and have configurated all the things I had to, and it looks fine to me. I went ahead to add a project and a form, but anytime i try to either preview the form or test it in browser the link will never open. I tried opening it in app and it was fine, could anybody help me figure out what's the actual issue? Below is what im getting after loading for a while.

Could you please confirm if the server's internal firewall is disabled ("sudo ufw disable")..? Sometimes, it's the issue for this event to occur.

Thanks to the ODK Support Team, I have fixed it with their help. It was actually firewall that was active.

I've updated the docs so new administrators know to disable the firewall.
