Do we apply formatting or font styles for questionnaire and answers in the
ODK Collect? If yes, please let me know.

Can you apply currently formatting? No. Will you be able to in a month or
two? Yes.

If you need something today, you can either try ODK Survey (alpha software)
or use images of the formatted text instead of the text itself.

Thanks Yaw for your quick response.

I think its better to wait for 2 months. However I am going to conduct one
survey with 70 questions on the tablets in India. Later on I will modify
the questionnaire with formatting/styles and repeat it in the other
countries as this is an international survey.

Unfortunately, I havn't explore ODK Survey yet.
