Fusion tables URL change -- breaks 'View Fusion Table' link

Oops -- the URL to Fusion Tables was recently changed.

Whereas ODK Aggregate constructs a url:

https://www.google.com/fusiontables/DataSource?dsrcid=3459204

With new publishers, it should now be 'docid' instead of 'dsrcid'. I.e.,
edit the URL to:

https://www.google.com/fusiontables/DataSource?docid=1HxKn5PhZ1v0H8GYbiQ9C4KbiFnoenwPByLuQadQ

This was a result of a change from numeric table ids to encrypted ids.

A fix will be in the next update to ODK Aggregate.
