When previewing a form on web (even a basic form with 2 variables) I get a gateway timeout error. I can access the form on mobile and submit data but it just won't work with web

Deployed Central on a new VM, still getting the same error
My environment is virtual. I have increased the RAM to 16 GB, run the installation on a separate VM but still get the same error
