Getting error 504 while using date filter on submission data

Hi @Saad,

Hmm, 504 is a timeout error. Are there any useful clues in this other thread?

Questions:

  • What version of Central are you using?
  • What do the logs say?
  • What do the logs of the service container say?
  • How much RAM and storage does the machine have?
  • Are you always seeing this error? Do you see any different errors at other times?
  • Is it only the date filter?
