Getting error 504 while using date filter on submission data

Hi,

I am getting error 504 while using the date filter on submission data. Snapshot is attached. Any help please?

Hi @Saad,

Hmm, 504 is a timeout error. Are there any useful clues in this other thread?

Questions:

  • What version of Central are you using?
  • What do the logs say?
  • What do the logs of the service container say?
  • How much RAM and storage does the machine have?
  • Are you always seeing this error? Do you see any different errors at other times?
  • Is it only the date filter?

I was getting the same error after I backed up my data, and then updated the central with the new version available. After updating the central my problem was fixed automatically.

I think you have a memory issue. Do you have swap memory on your docker?
