Go to End of Form after Seelection

Dear All

I have a small issue. I need to know how to go about ending a form (Not
displaying the rest of the questions) after a specific selection is made on
a specific question.

E.G

Q - Does the patient consent to a examination
A = Yes/No

If no is selected go to end else present next question
