Google apps ODK aggregate admin user.........cant log in? HELP

Well I am in a major quandary......

I can log into the google apps console with the gmail account I used to
create my google web app.......no issues there
I can log into the aggregate app with my admin user as a data collector
and access most of the forms just not all.

I am no longer given the user admin tab when I am logged in with the same
user.......gmail login does not work either.

I need to check the access to some of the other forms and be able to access
them from briefcase to download the data.......

I am no longer even given the option to put my user information into the
aggregate login........it just opens automatically......weird. I have
cleared the entire chrome web history....still just logs me in as my
default user......

Any Ideas........I have no clue on how to even trouble shoot this.......but
I have some very important data on this server that I require access
to.......

Anybody please Help......

If you do not have a username / password that was configured with Site
Admin privileges or have forgotten the password, you will need to upgrade
your ODK Aggregate to 1.4.5 or later. The later installers will ask for a
username to become the super-user account, and assign that username a
default password of 'aggregate'. If you specify a username that was already
in use, the password is not reset (you are expected to know it).

This was all due to a change in Google's AppEngine that went live back on
April 20th.

Otherwise, for some of these issues, try using a Private browsing window or
Incognito mode. And/or try a different browser, or run the browser in "Safe
Mode" with all extensions / plugins disabled.

Hi Mitch,

May I know, how to obtain Aggregate Site Admin username & password? I have tried many times to try log in by using my gmail account username & password but still failed log in as Super-admin privileges.

Can you just run the install again? Same as an upgrade? And add a super
user that has the rights at the time of deployment

It is an upgrade.

You need to use an ODK Aggregate 1.4.5 or higher installer. The installer
will ask for a super-user username which will be granted the Site Admin
privilege.

This replaces the question on the ODK Aggregate 1.4.4 and earlier
installers that asked for a super-user email account (gmail account) to be
granted the Site Admin privilege.

After running the installer, and uploading the changes to AppEngine, the
Log In screen will change to no longer display a Sign in with Google option.

··· =========== Until you can log in as a Site Admin, you won't be able to grant Site Admin privileges to other users, so you can't accomplish this after everything is deployed -- you need to configure this first Site Admin (super-user) within the installer and upload your configured application up to AppEngine. Which is what this process does.
