I' ve seen that there are many changes regarding connectivity and
integration of ODK with Google Drive, GME and Picasa...
Are there any instructions to test these improvements ?
Any instructions of how to use them ?

There was a recent change of the publishing API by GME. The next ODK
Collect release will have that update. To my knowledge, they are still
supporting the mechanism ODK Collect currently uses.
