Is there a way we can use plus codes in Google map sdk or open street map sdk in ODK Collect

For Plus Codes, can you describe a bit more about your use case - what is the workflow you are trying to do?
I am not sure what you mean by OpenStreetMap SDK? Do you mean displaying the same style of map tiles as from openstreetmap.org? You can change the basemap via Collect's settings. There's a documentation section on maps settings: https://docs.getodk.org/collect-settings/#maps-settings
