I have a question in my questionnaire where I need to rate close to 20
attributes. Which appearance can i use to reduce or compress the integer
box?
That level of customization of the prompts is not available in ODK Collect.
It would require modifying the source code.
(FYI: The ODK 2.0 tools render the survey in HTML, which enables extensive
customization using CSS).
