I have set up a series of questions and want to change how they are
displayed on the screens. i.e, i have notice with ODK collect each question
is assigned to a separate screen. Is it possible to change this? Any
pointers on how one would go about having a certain set of questions being
displayed on a specific screen?

In particular, you want to look at the 'field-list' appearance of groups.
Search the opendatakit@ group for a number of posts about why you cannot
have interdependent questions sharing the same screen.
