Hello all

I am trying to do an upload of an ODK form and I keep getting this error;

Multiple Geometries have been specified in the form:main

··· --

"Like a camera I use the negative to develop..uDig"
"Success is the ability to go from one failure to another with no loss of
enthusiasm"

This does not sound like an ODK Aggregate server.

Use ODK Validate to validate the form.

Ask the server developers.

Hi Roxroy,

This is due to a restriction on forms added by the Smap Server rather than
an OdkCollect constraint. Smap Server only allows a single geometry
(point, linestring or polygon per form and hence per table in the results).

However you can simulate having multiple geometries per table. If you
wrap the second geometry in a "begin repeat", "end repeat" then it goes
into a separate form and a separate table. You can then set the "repeat
count" to 1. Then when the enumerator is filling in the form it will work
exactly the same way as if both geometries were in the same form. When
doing your analysis you can create a layer for each geometry and each will
have access to the same set of properties because a sub form can answers to
questions in its parent form.

regards

Neil
