hello there am trying to install odk aggregate using google app engine but
it says in the configuring process "error copying files" how can i solve
this issue?
I assume that this is while running the installer and not while running
upload tool (the ODK Aggregate App Engine Updater) that is started once the
installer finishes its work?
It is likely that you chose an inappropriate location in which to place the
files that the installer creates. Use your file browser to create a folder
within your Desktop folder, and choose that as the location for these files
when running the installer.
Less likely, but still possible, is that Java is not properly installed on
your system.
