Help with this error

I just finished designing a questionnaire on XLSform but experiencing this
error when i try to convert to xforms

Error: There has been a problem trying to replace ${product type} with the
XPath to the survey element named 'product type'. There is no survey
element with this name.

Field names cannot contain spaces.

Looks like you forgot an underscore?

Thank you for response. I have seen my error and made appropriate
adjustments, but right now this is the error I am experiencing 'XForm
Parse Warning: Warning: 1 Unrecognized attributes found in Element [bind]
and will be ignored: [requiredMsg] Location: Problem found at nodeset:
/html/body/group[@ref=${sp}]/repeat[@nodeset=${sp}]/input With element

I am lost here because I don't know where this particular error is coming
from. would you be kind enough to help me out please.

That warning is OK.

Provided you are using XLSForm to generate your XML, you can ignore all
errors beginning with:

"Unrecognized attributes found in Element [bind] "

These warnings are displayed to warn users that they may have mis-typed
something when directly editing the XML.

Similarly, there are other warnings that complain about empty item sets in
select-one and select-multiple questions. If you are using filtering or
external item sets, these are generally OK (because the filter conditions
likely exclude all choices). But, if you are using simple item sets, these
indicate that you have failed to define the choices for a select prompt.
