How can i build a website that have the same features like ODK collect on Android?

I have used ODK Aggregate and ODK collect to collect data on mobile.
and now i want build a website that parse the Javarosa Xforms, display
it on web and submit data back to the ODK Aggregate.I have tried
importing ODK collect source code into Eclipse and built to know how
it works. But it's hard to understand the source code.I wonder if there
is an source core or documents or instructions to develop it on web-
based flatform.
Who can helps me?
Thanks,
Jack.

There are other tools out there that have web-based forms. Search the
group archive.

Also, at the bottom of this page are some web-based form tools
