How can I change the language of the survey in the ODK Collect application?
In ODK Build I have added two labels, one for Spanish and one for English, but I don't know how to make the survey display in English.
If anyone could help me with this I would appreciate it.

With XLSForm you can add a default_language on the settings tab of your survey spreadsheet file. See: https://xlsform.org/en/#settings-worksheet - I'm not sure it's possible to set this in Build.
Even if you do not set a default language, when the user is filling out the survey they can switch language using the menu options inside the survey.
