You can "undelete" a Form within 30 days from the Project Overview page where all forms of the project are listed:

You are running quite an old version (over three years old). I strongly recommend upgrading to the latest version to access new features and ensure your data remains secure.

Thanks Sadiq. Do you know if it's possible to retrieve a deleted file in this case?

Do you have a previous backup of the system or database? If so, you can restore it to revert to the previous state.

Another option is to connect to the database and attempt to manually restore the Form and Submissions if they still exist. However, I strongly discourage this approach as it is risky and prone to errors. If you choose to proceed, ensure you have a solid backup plan in place.

Once your data is retrieved, I highly recommend upgrading Central to the latest version.
