Form definition tab only load the XML form definition but don't load the media files
What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?

What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Launch ODK-Briefcase-v1.12.2
Go to pull tab
Select Form definition
Select configure
load Form definition and media files
