How to add 2 condition in constraint

What is the problem? Please be detailed.
I want to specify a condition under constraint that ensure that future dates are not selected and the selected date also a cut off date also say 14 days backward.

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
ONA collect 1.4.12-2(1065)
