I will replace end of Question mark like ? then add ImageButton Question
mark End of Question.
lastIndex of Question like (?) replace to ImageButton in dynamic.

FormEntryPrompt prompts = formController.getQuestionPrompts();

getQuestionText().

lastIndex Like as ? then replce to ImageButton.
