How to add hour in Time

I need to add 5 hours to the start and end time to get to our local time
which is utc+5

is there an easy formula or calculation to achieve this using excel?

You can try this, this form will show your local time which is on your phone.

Or you add calculate that will do that for you: time.xlsx (5.5 KB)
but it's complex.
