You could look at these options
Static crypt is pretty simple to use and encrypts the html (only with AES256, so use a good password)
I am sure that others have better solutions

Another option is to host the dashboard behind a proxy with authentication. This is a typical scenario in larger organisations who run an intranet of staff-only pages, often in combination with single-sign-on.
