Can i know , how to get android source fille( Client)?
how can it change?

We first recommend setting up your Eclipse environment and following
Google's Android SDK development tutorial to ensure that you have
everything set up for Android development, then downloading and opening the
ODK Collect project. If you do that
, everything should work.
Look in the wiki or search the group for answers to getting started. e.g.,
there are wiki pages on setting up your Eclipse environment.
