How to connect Form-hub with geo ODK collect

Hi,

I've tried to link my geo ODK collect to my account to form-hub as it say
at the web, in general settings: server

URL http://formhub.org/myaccount
User
Pasword
Server platform: Other

But when I try to send data, always display this error: NOT FOUND (404) at
http://formhub.org/myacount/submission?deviceID=imei%3A357957...

Any help please?

You should ask the FormHub support this question so that they can clarify
