Hello everyone. I have a quick question. Is there any way to delete these forms in this page and not in “delete forms” section.
I will be conducting a project, doing interviews ongoingly with follow-ups with many respondents. Now in cases if someone wants to cancel the interview and not wanting to be interviewed anymore, the interviewer should delete the draft interview. but in the “delete form” section he can’t really be sure if he is deleting the right form. and he may delete by mistake another interview. Because there is no data showing in the screen so he can distinct the correct forms with “canceled” forms that need to be deleted. Is there any solution for this?
Something that might help here is to make the instance name a calculation, and depending on a question response, a code is added at the start.
You could do this with a status question with options "incomplete, complete, cancelled", then add the response to the start of the instance name, or a version of it, eg INC, COM, XXX. And sort z-a to put the cancelled ones at the top for easy selection and deletion. This way it's immediately obvious which ones should be deleted.

Thank you for responding. I have a qestion? Why is it possible to read the instance name of a ongoing interview in the “Delete form” page? Because if so, then your idea is really helpful. For example if you can take a look at this screenshot. it shows “Delete form” of some tests i am doing. And it only shows form name and last saved. not instance name.
Ok, so it looks like you haven't defined the instance name value in settings for your form.
If you do that (what i explained before, plus something else to identify the submission, like a timestamp and other identifying value for the submission) you should be all sorted
