How to impose strict upper limit on the number of selected answers to 3 for multiple choice questions?

How to impose strict upper limit on the number of selected answers to 3 for
multiple choice questions? E.g. “Select up to 3 of your favorite books from
the list below”

Sam,

Check out the "count-selected()" function at
http://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/binding/. My guess is you'll have a
constraint that insists that count-selected(...)<=3. If you're using
XLSForm, it's probably just "count-selected(.)<=3".

Best,

Chris
