How to prevent the entry of a previously entered data

Dear All,
I would like to know how can i prevent the entry of a previously entered
data. For example when i filled a field with a house number like 0001, i
want to prevent to entry the same number for another house. How can i do it
please?

Not possible without writing Java code to modify ODK Collect.
