How to recover deleted or lost instances/filled forms in ODK which were lost bcz we accidentally deleted its main tool from the aggregate server and thus lost all submission against it

Dear Friends

I have collected some important data using ODK app on my android phone.
latter on we were making some adjustments in the tool/questionnaire which
was uploaded to the aggregate server and thus accidentally deleted the
tool/questionnaire and lost all submissions against it.
I tried the path ODK/instances but did not find the required
instances/forms.
Please help me on this.

The devices used to submit the data may still have the instances saved (if
'Delete after Send' is not checked in the settings).
You may be able to use ODK Briefcase to export the forms from each device
and re-upload to an ODK Aggregate installation.

Correct. The data is not deleted from the device unless you explicitly do
that or have chosen to delete the data after submission.

This solution is for the cases in which the devices still have the instances saved. Is there a way to recover data from a deleted form from Aggregate whose instances were also deleted from the devices?

No, if you have deleted them from devices and aggregate there is no way to recover them.
