1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
The ODK Central server crashed and stopped working. Unfortunately, we lost some data stored in the system during a specific period. However, the information is still available on the enumerators' phones. How can we upload this data back to the server and ensure it correctly links to the corresponding forms? In other words, we want everything to return to its original state.
2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
The server crashed, and submissions uploaded during a specific time period after the last backup were lost.
3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
