How to retrieve data from the tablet via USB cable

Dear Family,
I need an efficient way to connect enumerators' tablets and extract data in Excel format. Unfortunately, I can’t access the original server where the tool was developed, which is why I need to retrieve the data directly from the tablets.

I would greatly appreciate your guidance on the best approach.
