How to upgrade version of ODK aggregate

Hi,

I would like to upgrade my version of ODK Aggregate on my Google App Engine.

I can do everything else except upload the latest versions.

Here: https://docs.opendatakit.org/aggregate-upgrade/ it just says to download the next version of ODK Aggregate and to "upgrade to that version".

Where do I do that?

How do I do that?

I don't see anywhere to go about doing this. I assume on my Google console somewhere but there is nowhere to upload versions as far as I can see.

Any help appreciated although a link to comprehensive instructions would be ideal.

I think I found it.

I need to do this from the downloaded file.

Now struggling to find my old instance ID. If anyone can offer advice beyond what has already been said on here that would also be appreciated.
