Http://opendatakit.org/use/xlsform/ not run the submit, help!

I'm trying to up a form in a page http://opendatakit.org/use/xlsform/ but
the module does not appear to me, anyone knows what happened?? or is it
just my problem??...

XLSForm looks down to me too. It's a holiday weekend in the states, so
I doubt there will be a quick fix.

Source for the converter is at https://github.com/SEL-Columbia/pyxform
if you want to try to run it offline. You can also try
http://formhub.org.

If you're using Windows you can also try using xlsform.exe for offline
conversion:

I just an updated build using the current master branch of the pyxform
repository Yaw linked you to.
