Hyperlink using markdown doesn't work when referenced to the calculated field (enketo)

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
I have a calculated field using concatenate() to construct a dynamic link.
The hyperlink in label and hint for note doesn't work in enketo when a ${calculated_field} is placed inside the markdown hyperlink like [calculated field](${calculated_field}). However, if it is a static link, it works as described in the documentation.

The output I got in the note hyperlink for different languages are stack on each other, as follow,

" rel="noopener" target="_blank">mendaftar

The name of the function is concat(), please, see https://getodk.github.io/xforms-spec/#fn:concat.
Could you temporarily change the type of the calculate to text, please? So, you can test, if the calculation works fine.

The url appearance does work well with text and calculation. It will display the clickable url. For the time being, there isn't a way to do something like <a href="">Text</a>, to display clickable text instead of the url itself.

For my case, the url is a bit long and it is not being wrapped properly in the enketo form. It is just a bit nuisance, but functionally it does works. Thanks.
