If you can provide some more details, we might be able to troubleshoot your problem. What software(s) are you using? (Aggregate? Briefcase? other?) What does the date look like on the server? What does the date look like in your data export? And anything else you can provide.

The computer language settings and time zone can affect how the date is formatted, see this post for more details:

Ok well this has definitely flagged a difference! COMPUTER 1: [46] [27] COMPUTER 2: [41] [01] I then completely removed Java on computer 1 and installed JDK 10.01 - Hyphens gone, problem fixed. But more broadly and from an ODK Feature perspective we need a solution whereby all dates come out in ISO format as mentioned above to avoid this kind of issue - real barrier to pre-scripted analysis
